AI Analysis Disclaimer
Spark Lens uses artificial intelligence to analyze your ideas and generate reports including market assessments, feasibility scores, risk evaluations, and next-step recommendations. These outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should not rely solely on Spark Lens's analysis when making real-world decisions involving money, partnerships, legal commitments, or business strategy.
Spark Lens and its operators accept no liability for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of, reliance on, or misuse of AI-generated analysis. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk.
Privacy Policy
What Data We Collect
When you use Spark, we collect the following information:
- Account data: Your name and email address when you register.
- Idea content: The text, attachments, notes, and metadata you submit as ideas.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps to improve the product.
- Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details.
- Device & browser data: Basic technical information such as browser type and time zone.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Spark service.
- To run AI analysis on your submitted ideas using third-party AI providers. Your idea text is sent to the AI provider's API for processing.
- To send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts). We do not send marketing emails without consent.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
⚠️ Third-party AI processing: When you submit an idea for AI analysis or use the Spark Lens AI chat, its content is transmitted to our AI providers' APIs. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Your ideas are completely private to your account. No other user can view, access, or search the ideas you submit.
However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and recommend you do not submit highly sensitive personal information.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
- Your personal data and ideas are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics.
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Third-Party Services
Spark uses the following third-party processors:
- Stripe — payment processing
- AI Providers — AI idea analysis and chat (Spark Lens AI)
Each provider has their own privacy policy and data practices.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — update or correct inaccurate data via your account settings.
- Deletion — permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings.
- Portability — request your ideas and data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing.

Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Spark Lens, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use
Spark Lens is provided for personal and professional idea management. You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or violent content.
- Submit content involving self-harm, illegal activities, hate speech, drug use, sexual exploitation, or political extremism.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Use AI-generated outputs to mislead or defraud others.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the platform's safety and content policies.
3. AI-Generated Content & Liability Waiver
Spark Lens's AI analysis and chat features are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The company, its founders, employees, and service providers expressly disclaim all liability for:
- Any business decision made based on AI-generated analysis.
- Financial losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from reliance on the service.
- Errors, hallucinations, or outdated information in AI outputs.
- Any misuse of AI-generated content by the user or third parties.
You acknowledge that AI analysis is an assistive tool only — not professional advice — and you assume full responsibility for how you use it.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. By using Spark, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service (including AI analysis).
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, depending on your location.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Spark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
